one step sofa bed mechanism PF000-PJ

The mattress is 190cm long but total length of sleeper in open position is 200cm only. Compared to Bi-fold the total length of sleeper is 225cm but mattress is 182cm, compared to 3 fold the sleeper is 210cm but mattress is 185cm. Mattress longer and save floor space. Especially mattress length is very important for sleeping in the night,short mattress will make people to catch a cold. 

No sagging design like a metal grid but softer than metal grid, it is easy for people to turn over in the bed but metal grid is too hard for people to sleep.

Metal cross bar moved from body area to pillow area, so people no longer feels the metal cross bar to reduce the backache, so evan if you  take cheaper mattress it is still comfortable for the sleeping.

If side mounting plate hided in the arm there are very small gap between mattress and arms, this sample doesn't folllow our instruction. This also makes the great sense that people need small gap or no gap to get comfortable  seat and safety. All the Bi-fold,3-fold and one-step sleeper have a big gap between mattress and arm, this is not safe enough because there are two reasons: Cell phone will drop off from the gap and damaged, children will hurt the legs if they  play in the open bed when adults  forget to close the sofa bed.

Partly assembled design but very easy to put together for furniture manufacturers, this will save the shipment cost and warehouse space.

It passed 2000 cycles test to use everyday.

It passed the TUV test.

The most important is that this mechanism will much cheaper compared to all One-step mechanism in the market.
