Material
Terrazzo is an antique and sustainable composite material. It consists of chips of marble,
quartz, granite, glass, or other suitable material, take cement as coagulant to mixed and
harden, then it comes after polishing.
Technique
We innovates on the basis of the traditional terrazzo technology by mixing high-density
concrete with stone scraps and casting them into a whole, ensure that the stone aggregates can be evenly intercepted to the maximum cross-section and appear to be clear and free-scattered on the dirt-resistant surface.
Colour Difference
Different batches and random colour distribution of stone aggregates result in a certain
colour change in terrazzo after pouring and hardening. Such subtle difference in color
makes a deeper and more artistic space effect.Main material is stone corner scrap, in
using process, mineral and air sufficient contact will produce oxidation reaction, as the
elution of time, colour is likely to be deepened, shows more composed with gentle.
Pore
During pouring process of mixed aggregates and cement, air has been brought into the
concrete interior and left on the surface at last, forming unique texture with different
shapes of fine and scattered pores on product.
