Safety instructions
During start-up and operation, the pump shell must be filled with hydraulic oil (injected into the shell cavity). It must be started at low speed without load until the system is completely emptied.
When parked for a long time, the oil can be discharged from the shell through the working pipeline. When restarting, enough oil should be injected into the shell.
The minimum oil suction pressure of the nozzle S shall not be reduced to less than 0.8 bar.
Installation location
The axis is horizontal to the bottom. When mounting on the tank, the installation position of "axis level, suction port facing bottom" is not allowed.
Installation below tank level
Pump position below minimum oil level in tank (standard)
Fill the axial plunger pump before starting through the highest position of the shell outlet.
Suggestion: Filling suction pipeline
Low-speed running pump (ignition speed) until the pump system is fully filled
The lowest immersion depth of suction or drain pipelines in the tank is 200 mm (relative to the lowest oil level in the tank).
Installation position higher than tank level
Pumps mounted above the lowest oil level in the tank
Installation position below tank level
It is not allowed to use the installation position of "shaft against the top" and "axis level, oil suction port at the bottom" (when shutdown, the pump shell discharges oil through oil suction pipeline).
