The SVP3000 Alphaplus is an intelligent electric/gas valve positioner based on microprocessor technology. The SVP3000 Alphaplus accepts the DC signal from the controller to control the opening of the valve. In addition to this function, the SVP3000 Alphaplus features on-site communication, automatic configuration, and self-diagnostics to greatly increase plant productivity.
1. Easy to use, easy to use
Automatic setting
The automatic setting software is a fully automatic configuration program. Compared to other brand positioners, the SVP3000 automatically recognizes actuator specifications without additional peripherals and automatically optimizes adjustments based on specifications. For the basic setting SVP3000 does not require a PC or peripheral device, the software is automatically performed by the setting switch.
On-site intelligent communication
The SVP can be calibrated and set up via the Field Smart Communicator (SFC) for all of Sanmu's on-site smart meters.
2. Optimized settings to meet different application requirements
Forced full setting
When the process requires the valve to be fully closed, the SVP ensures that the valve is closed by shutting off the unnecessary supply pressure of the actuator at a set signal position.
Traffic characteristics user-defined
Linear, equal percentage, fast-opening features are standard
The user can also change the flow characteristics of the valve to meet field process requirements by setting the positioner input/output characteristics.
Precise split setting
The on-site smart communicator (SFC) user can easily realize the valve's split control (small range of 4 mA) to meet the on-site process characteristics.

Reduce spare parts
Since any specification change is set by software, AVP reduces spare parts storage costs.
Valve position feedback monitoring
The SVP provides a valve position feedback unit as an optional accessory that allows the user to monitor the valve's behavior for early detection of problems.
Self-diagnosis
The SVP provides a self-diagnostic program to ensure a quick determination of the malfunction of the regulator.
4. Single-acting/double-acting actuators are also available (double-acting function is optional)
With a double-acting amplifier, the SVP can be used with double-acting actuators.
