Steep Angle Sidewall Conveyor Belt
1. Applications
Steep angle sidewall conveyor belts is normally used for transportation at angle up to 90 degree. It also used together with belt conveyor for horizontal & short-distance transportation. (no cleats the moment)
The belt is twice vulcanized through base belt (trough degree≤0.03), sidewall, cleat (no cleat needed when horizontal transportation).

Sidewall conveyor belt consists of base belt, sidewalls and cleats. There are usually transverse steel wire reinforcement inside top & bottom covers of the base belt.
