AUTOCLAVED AERATED CONCRETE PANEL(AAC)Is the porous concrete, which composed of quartz sand, aluminum, lime, etc. as the main raw material, double-layer, two-way mesh reinforcement which is derusted and anticorrosion treatmented inside,Through high temperature, high pressure, steam curing etc.Is a new type of building materials with excellent performance at present.
1. Light weight: Bulk density 425～625kg/m³, Only for 1/4 concrete, 1/3 Clay brick, The weight of the building can be greatly reduced, and the design value is reduced too.
2. Fire resistance: 125mm AAC panel fire resistance can reach more than 4 hours, It is real fire prevention material in Grade A.50mm AAC panel can be met the fire protection requirements of steel structural members.
4. Thermal insulation: thermal insulation is only 0.11(B04), It is a new type of building material that can meet the building energy saving more than 65% by a single wall.
5. Seismic resistance: Allowable inter layer deflection angle 1/150, When the special node is used to achieve 1/120, In the case of all the nodes, the panel will not fall off when the 1/20 is changed in the layer;So that the anti-seismic effect is excellent.
6. Environmental protection: No radiation, Both the internal and external illumination coefficient are less than 0.1, is 1/4 of Fly ash board, Excellent sound insulation performance, 100mm AAC panel(Double sides putty)could reach 40.8dB, The sound insulation effect of is similar with 200mm fly ash brick wall.
