1. Check whether the label meets the requirements of food labels
2. Check whether there is a product name
3. Check the water source, the content of Bromate, registered trademark, and production date.
Required documents for China customs clearance of Natural Mineral Water
1. Invoice
2. Packing list
3. Certificate of origin
4. Chinese Labels, original labels and their Chinese translation
5. Health certificate
Note, the wooden packing (if any) shall marked with "ippc"
China Customs Clearance Procedures for mineral water
1. Get the manufacturer, shipper and the Chinese importer registered at Customs system.
2. Design and print Chinese labels and put them on the smallest selling unit
3. Document preparation. Before shipment arrival please prepare packing list, invoice, sales contract, certificate of origin, health certificate, original labels and their Chinese translation, Chinese label samples,
4. CIQ & Customs declaration. China customs system will issue tax bills if the declared prices are reasonable. The importer shall pay the import taxes as soon as possible after the tax bills are issued.
5. Inspections and Customs release. After import taxes are paid, inspections will be done in 1-2 days. And the shipment will be released then.
6. Obtain Chinese Sanitary certificate.
