Is your transformer old and the recent oil test gave a very low and dangerous BDV value? Then it's time for your transformer to undergo oil filtration process. It is a well-known fact that as the transformer ages the oil inside degrades over time. The oil is exposed to unwanted elements like moisture, metal dust and sometimes dissolved gas too which makes it important for us to consider filtration of transformer oil in order to maintain a good quality and clean oil for the transformer to give efficient and reliable performance. Our DVTP Series High Performance 6000L/h Transformer Oil Filtration Equipment for Transformer Maintenance is designed for transformer maintenance.
Features
1. Pre-Electromagnetic-valve before vacuum pump to prevent the vacuum oil flow backward.
2. Double-stage vacuum system, strong power of vacuum evacuating, ultimate vacuum value ≤ 5Pa
3. Two vacuum separating chambers, efficient oil film sprayer, increasing separating size and separating time to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength improving greatly.
4. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
5. Adopt interlocked protective system, which connects the oil pump, heater, and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leak, and electricity leak. If there is any fault, the machine will be power off automatically.
6. Pre-gas-water separator before vacuum pump to prolong the vacuum pump and vacuum pump oil.
7. Double protecting system, Gas-water separator equips liquid level protector to prevent oil escape from vacuum pump
8. Optical oil foam detector and high oil level detector to prevent oil escape from the vacuum pump
9. Enclosed type to longer the service life of the machine and keep operation in bad weather condition
10. optional flow control mode, which allowed to change the flow rate by a frequency conveter

About Assen
ASSEN warrants the plant supplied under this specification against defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of twenty-six (26) months from the date of shipment or twenty-four (24) months after the start-up of the system.
