EZ wall anchor is produced by die-casting machine, made of zinc alloy material and composed of cylindrical plug, flange head and hollow central part with heavy spiral self tapping thread and sharp drilling end. The end has the function of a flat blade to enable rapid and stable drilling into the base material. The center part and the flange end part have a combined axial length, the drilling end has an axial length shorter than them.
EZ drywall anchor realize the easy and fast installation workings, not to pre-drill hole in base material, use self tapping screw and screwdriver for fixing and installing, being clean and tidy, no noise and dust. The features of zinc alloy material is anti rust, temperature, corrosion resistance and protection environment. Meantime, very easy to be removed and replaced without damaging installing structure.

Installation Instruction:
1). Drive EZ wall anchor plug into the base material by screwdriver, till the head is close to the base surface.
2). Pass a self drilling screw through a guide hole in the fixture, vertically align with and insert it into the hole in ez wall anchor plug.
3). Fasten self drilling screw by screwdriver till be fixed fully.
