Q1:Do you have your own factory?
A:Yes, we are manufacturer, and our factory is located in Ningbo, China.
Q2: Can you accept the customization?
A:Yes. Customization is acceptable for us including logo, shape, size as well as packing details.
Q3: Can we print our logo on the product?
A: Yes, printing your logo on product is available .
Q4: What are your options for packing?
A: We have white box packing, color box packing,blister packing, display box etc. We can customize the packing as your need.
Q5: How can I get a sample?
A: You need to pay for the samples, we can refund you the sample fee when you place mass order to us.
Q6: What about the lead time for mass production?
A:It depends on the order quantity and the actual production schedule. For the products we have in stock, we can ship out in 7 days. For the customize products, the lead time is 30-40 days
