Use: They are widely used in the work of compaction of concrete. The internal air has been discharged after vibration so that the concrete material becomes more even and compact. They are important tools in the pouring of precast parts and beams, columns, tunnels and port construction. Principle: The working part is a hallow cylinder, with an oscillater inside. Driven by the power source, the oscillation of the oscillater causes a mechanical vibration of high frequency amplititude of the vibrator head. The concrete vibrator is poked into the concrete during operation. The vibration of it will make the concrete remarkably compact.

It is designed to protect the flexible shaft inside from damage and wear in revolution. Construction: Flexible hose is made of multi-layer materials. From outside to inside the materials consist of winding steel straps(made of cold rollled steel straps), rubber(winding straps are applied with a thin layer of strong rubber), canvas(the winding steel straps are wrapped with a layer of canvas), rubber(extruders add an even layer of sythetic rubber on the surface of canvas), braided steel wire(one layer or two steel wire are to be made out of the synthetic rubber with braiding machines), rubber(extruders add one even layer of synthetic rubber)
Use: Flexible shaft is used in the non-lineal transmision between two parts, or in the transmission between two working parts that need different rooms. It is used in movable mechanical tools, vibration machines, revolution meters, braking systems and various power tools. It is easy to install, its structure is compact. And it is suitable for many working conditions. Construction: Flexible is made with winding of a few layersof steel wires. it has no joints and skipped wires. The winding direction of one layer is just opposite to that of last layer.
