Wireless forklift camera system for warehouse and industrial material handling. The JY-F5 camera mounts by magnet, runs on its own battery, and links to the JY-M745W 7 inch monitor with no cable between the two.
Mounting and power: a magnetic base holds the camera on the forklift frame, so there is no wiring to run up the mast and no downtime for installation. The camera carries a built-in 3.7V 5000mAh battery that runs about 10 hours at room temperature and recharges in about 2.3 hours. Charging accepts 5V 3A, 9V 2A or 12V 1.5A input up to 18W, with QC2.0, QC3.0, PD2.0, PD3.0, FCP and AFC protocols. Automatic shutdown saves battery when the forklift is idle, and the LED indicator shows the battery level.
Visibility and positioning: the JY-F5 uses a 1/2.9 CMOS sensor at 720P with minimum illumination of 0.1 Lux and two LEDs, so the driver can see the fork area in low light. A red line appears on the monitor as a positioning aid for raising and lowering the forks, and the monitor carries two scale rulers with automatic ruler switch. Guidelines can be set on screen for accurate lifting.
Monitor JY-M745W: 7 inch 16:9 digital LCD, 800 x 480 resolution, 300 cd/m2 brightness, 500:1 contrast, PAL / NTSC, CVBS video format. Four-channel video input with four optional audio inputs, mirror, flip and mirror-flip display modes, reversing delay 0-15 s, built-in speakers and remote control. Power supply 12/24V DC under 9 W, operating temperature -20°C to +65°C.
Wireless link: stable transmission up to 30 m between camera and monitor, with image latency under 200 ms. The monitor accepts up to four cameras, so one forklift can be covered on more than one side for a wider view.
Protection: the JY-F5 camera is IP68 waterproof for outdoor and wash-down use. The monitor is a cab-mounted unit and carries no IP rating, so keep it inside the cabin.
OEM and ODM: custom camera kits, branding and packaging are supported. Production is audited to IATF 16949:2016 at our Shenzhen plant and our Penang, Malaysia facility.
