DIRECTIONS:

1.Position over of penis then unroll the latex sleeve over entire length.

2.Affix distal end to drainage tubing.

3.Use adhesive strap around top of sleeve to penis avoiding constriction.

CAUTION:

1.Sterilized with ethylene oxide.
