Silver Alloy Contact Wire

Silver contact wire which is used to make electrical contact, mainly include Ag/FkAg/AgNi/AgCu/AgSnO₂/AgSnO₂In₂O₃/AgZnO₂/AgCdO etc.

The characteristics as follows:
1. Adopting the manufacturing methods of sintering and extrusion, their density can achieve up to 99.9%. Meanwhile, the 2^nd structure in silver base becomes fibers shape, which direction is vertical to the surface of electrical contacts, all these characteristics improve highly physical mechanism and arc corrosion resistance functions of the materials.
2. According micro-elements to AgNi/AgCu/AgSnO₂/AgSn₂In₂O₃/AgZnO₂/AgCdO wires can take effects of dispersion and aggrandizement, improve mechanism strengthen, ameliorate fusion, arc corrosion and electricity abrasion resistance of materials.
3. Adopting chemical cladding, co-deposition, mechanic alloy and oxidized methods. It makes material micro crystal, uniformity, non extraction, non oxide vacancy, with superior quality contact wire.
