1. Introduction
eTel FAM management platform is based on current demand for centralized monitoring and management of GPRS FAM to developed centralized management platform, the system provide remote data acquisition, remote control . It make all the FAM, user equipment and sensors fully integrated, centralized monitoring and management, and it can display the operational status of each device, alarm information, current sensor status, maximizing user-friendly remote control device.
eTel FAM management platform let users just monitor all the FAM in the control centers, the system show FAM location on GOOGLE map, if there is alarm happen, the system will immediately locate FAM on GOOGLE map, and show red color logo flash and alarm content on FAM. It's user-friendly, fast and accurate processing of alarm status.
2. Main Feature
· Real-time query FAM running status and port information
Just choose an FAM, and click mouse to query FAM location and current I/O port information. Location information includes latitude and longitude, I/O port status information includes DI, AI, TE, DO port information.
· Customize alarm information
For easy to read alarm information, platform software supports customize alarm message. Users can pre-define alarm message for each port alarm on the software, when the alarm is occurred, platform software will display the pre-defined content at same time, user will easy to read the alarm message.
· Alarm Status Bar
When the alarm occurred, the control center will automatically locate the alarm FAM on Google map, show as red blinking logo, and display the alarm detail information on the alarm status bar; when the alarm clear, platform will delete the alarm message on the alarm status bar.
· Remote configuration and control
Management platform can remotely manage and configure FAM, or even restart the FAM, including: defense, not defense, view status, view the version information, set the port alarm value, restart etc.
· Support for UDP and TCP
Management platform supports both UDP and TCP communication mode, the user can according the network situation to choose mode to connect with FAM.
· SMS and EMAIL Forwarding
Management platform can forward the alarm and alarm clear message via SMS and Email. So it's not necessary to view platform software for 24-hour, when the alarm occurs, Platform software will forward the alarm message to pre-set cell phone via SMS automatically, user can receive the alarm message immediately, and also through the browser to check and confirm the alarm details at same time.
· Reporting and Statistics
All data of platform has been saving into SQL database, user can call the data anytime, and automatically generate reports, even export data to EXL file.
· Rights Management
Management platform support multi-polar rights management, general users can only operate their own FAM, limited user only views the FAM, and they cannot remote control FAM.
· Google map
Management platform using Google Map to displayed FAM position, when the user add FAM, just enter the latitude and longitude information, FAM will display on the map exactly.
· Easy operation
Management platform is B/S structure, operation and management is very easy to use, just using internet at any place, user can open a browser to access the management platform.
