Plastic cup printing machine YBJ-6120 is a newly-developed high automatic and high intelligent cup printing equipment of Jiangnan Machinery. Based on international advanced manufacturing technology, our plastic cup printing machine made some improvements on designing and manufacturing. Therefore, this curved surface flexo printing machine has the following advantages comparing with conventional flexographic printing machines, such as reliable and stable performance, simple operation, convenient maintenance, etc.

Feeding cups in a 45°angle and the adopting of pre-press corona treatment technology enable our printing equipment to produce precise and clear prints, low noise and stable operations, etc.

Applications:
Our plastic up printing machines can be used for printing words and pictures on various curved surface containers, such as cups and bowls, etc. They are extensively used in beverage, diary product and ice cream production industries.

Features:
1. PLC system and auto detection system enable our machines have a precise control and reliable performance. Touch screen auto display of failure causes and solving solutions make the machine easier to operate.
2. Synchronously driven by two motors make this plastic cup printing machine has good stability, high speed, low vibration and long service life. The maximum speed has reached 320pcs/min.

6. Auto cup feeding and cup stacking devices are equipped. Besides, it adopts belt-less screw driving and photoelectric counting, which helps reduce screw friction. As a result, the hygienic standard and precision counting is guaranteed.
7. An ideal ink supply is guaranteed by the adjustable pressure of ink roller.
8. Printing plate is tensioned by a guide spring, which offers a simple installation and disassemble of printing plates.
9. Flexible printing assembly enables a convenient and simple debugging and cleaning.
