The MBI fiber-based data transmission system
The MBI fiber-based data transmission system is the bridge of payload and data processing systems (or data-transmission systems, mission systems). MBI in the load side plate and electric control, data output closely, load the data through the multiplexer and switch to string, 8B/10B encoding, electro-optical conversion after the high-speed data transmission through optical fibers, while the control instructions issued by the bus load by 1553B electronic control system; end in data processing systems, MBI board receives load data, and send control commands. Features

1, high reliability through rigorous environmental testing and screening test, with reliable electrical and mechanical properties for aerospace applications;
2, high-speed data transmission to support high-speed Fiber Channel data bus (one-way transfer rate of 2.0Gbps, support multi-way parallel), while supporting low-speed 1553B bus;
3, load control and data integration system will be integrated load control and data transmission through the MBI control panel payload and receive payload data;
4, the bit error rate is low before the use of 8B/10B encoded data and make CRC check, the system has a lower bit error rate;
5, electromagnetic compatibility, good high-speed data transmission technology, electromagnetic compatibility is a major bottleneck, but this system will use high-speed part of the optical fiber transmission, to ensure that the system has good electromagnetic compatibility.
