Apply high accuracy spotter (the spotter error is ± 0.05mm). It is suitable for all kinds of high-grade jewelry boxes, watch boxes, pen boxes, gift boxes, candy boxes, souvenir boxes, jewelry boxes, cosmetics boxes and other small size box manufacturing production.
Features :
1) High output: 1500-1800 pcs/ hour
2) High-precision: Spotter unit apply high tech Germany camera with 5 million pixel and Japan TOYO mechanical arm which increase the accuracy of the position part. (spotter accuracy± 0.05mm. )
3) Feed use servo feeder control system. It saves about 20-30 mins. for adjust the paper feeder part when change the size. Traditional machine using the cam control system which needs to adjust the gears when change the size of paper. The new system (servo feeder) makes it easier and faster. Just input the size of the paper into the computer, machine can automatically adjust the glue feeder part.
4) Suit to use the PE tape. Traditional machine is using the Kraft paper which is much thicker on the corner part. After wrapping the box, there is a mark on the corner part. But using PE tape, the corner part wrapping can be much better as the PE tape is much thinner. ( Option device)
5) Corner pasting part can feed and past grooving cardboard instead of die cut cardboard. ( Option device)
