Gabions
Gabions is one of the popular goods of Zhuoda. The gabion is made from double twisted hexagonal mesh and the manufacturing procedure is precise. These mesh boxes are delivered to a flat site, whereupon they are assembled, lifted into position, and filled with durable rock. The modular nature of the gabion means that it can be used in a vast array of applications and configurations. Woven units can also be easily amended on the site and shaped to suit project requirements.
Zhuoda double twisted woven mesh gabions are ideal for accommodating different settlements. The gabions will not unravel or unzip even when they are exposed to extreme loads or when wires within the mesh are cut or damaged. No other retaining structure can accommodate different settlements as well as a woven mesh gabion wall does.
Galfan includes a variety of galvanized (or with an additional polymer protective coating) gabions. Galfan is a high performance of galvanizing process by using zinc, aluminium or mischmetal alloy coating. This offers significantly greater protection than traditional zinc galvanization. Even if the product is exposed to water courses or a saline environment, Zhuoda strongly recommends a polymer coated galvanized unit for improved design life.
