Brief introduction:
Lateral small draw bar bellows compensator is also called coal powder pipeline 3D bellows compensator. It is specially used for coal powder pipeline. The bellow is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti or SUS304. It applies the technology of multi layers moulded by one time hydraulic pressure, can compensate axial direction, angel direction and lateral direction resultant displacement.
This kind compensator is customarily called expansion joint, or expansion bend. It is composed with the main body of bellow (a kind of elastic cell) and other accessories like pipe ends, bracket, flange and vessel. It is a kind of compensation element. By using bellow effective extent and deformation, to adsorb piping, conduit, and container dimensional changes which is caused by heat expand and cold contract, or to compensate piping, conduit and container axial direction, lateral direction and angle direction displacement. It is also widely used for industry noise reducing and shock damping.
