This compact line consists of three systems: Cleaning, filling and sealing, can fulfill processing procedures such as bottle input, bottle conveying, turning over the bottles by manipulator, ion-air flushing, dosing filling and Nitrogen charging, cap orienting, cap feeding, heating, emptying, heat sealing, output and etc. It can be connected with other machines to form a whole packing compact line. It is mainly used for 50-500ml plastic bottles production in pharmaceutical factories.
