Steel Cut Wire Shot Operative Standards:
We strictly abide by standard of "SAE J441", "JB/T 8354-1996Steel cut wire standard"of machinery industry of Republic of China to choose material and manufacture. But the length and specification have little difference due to recycled steel wire.
Application scope:
Cleaning, rust removal, peening, shot blasting, sand blasting etc.
1. Cleaning: shot blasting cleaning, sandblasting; die casting, forging parts shot blast and sand blast cleaning; steel plates, H-beams, steel structures surface treatment ect.
2. Rust removal: for dust removal and oxide skin removal of casting parts, forging parts, steel plates, H-beams and steel structures etc.
3. Strengthening: shot blast peening, profile sand blasting, ship body shot blasting, steel plates shot blasting and steel structure sand blasting etc.
4. Shot peening: steel plates, steel products and steel profiles shot blasting treatment.
5. Sandblasting: sand blast treatment.
6. Pretreatment: pretreatment before coating, surface pretreatment, ship body pretreatment, steel structure pretreatment, steel products pretreatment, steel plates pretreatment ect.
