Limestone

Limestone is the main raw material for glass production. A large number of lime and limestone are used as building materials, and also important raw materials in many industrial. Limestone can be directly processed into stone and fired into quicklime. The lime can be devided into quicklime and slaked lime. The main components of quicklime is CaO, generally in massive, pure ones are white, and the ones contains impurities are light gray or light yellow. Hygroscopicity lime or lime added water has become hydrated lime with the main component of Ca (OH) 2. After being deploied into stone mortar, lime plaster, lime mortar and so on, hydrated lime can be used as coating materials and tile adhesives. Cement is a mixture of limestone and clay, etc., obtained by high-temperature calcination.
