APG300 CNC rotation beveling cutting machine is designed by our company to meet the need of the development of ship building. Rotary torch adopts the structure of rotation plus deflection, that's to say, transversal direction rotate+45, longitudinal direction deflect+45. The compound of rotation and deflection degree can achieve the geometric curve immobile and changeable bevel cutting .The initial point of both transversal rotation and longitudinal deflection are the work-piece cutting point. This structure not only protects from interfere of plasma cable and trachea but also can overlap cutting point and deflection point so that not lead to the deflection of the cutting degree. There're initial alignment and anti-collision devices on the cutting torch base, in this way, the plasma cutting torch work safer.
