1, Raw water:

 Mineral water resource should be provided.

Remark: Based on different raw water , we can choose multi medium filter, active carbon fiter and 5um &1um security filter as beforehand filter equipment..

2. Parameters of Product water

       2.1 Producing capacity: 20000 liter per hour ( 20000BPH) 
       2.2 Product water : There is no bacteria, chemical, microbial and other particals in product        water. The product water taste good and completely in line with WHO standards.
      2.3 Total system recovery :50-75%.

Raw water → raw water pump →Quartz sand filter→Active carbon filter→5u micro filter( Security filter)→UV sterilizing→1u micro filter( security filter) →Ultrafiltration→Product water tank( ozone sterilization) →Water bottling line
Remark: This system is designed in accordance with the requirements of India client We apply pre-treatment, micro-filter and ultrafiltration to produce mineral water . The Product water is completely in line with the WHO requirements. The quartz sand filter and active carbon filter can effectively remove different types of particles, such as suspended solids (turbidity), colloidal compounds, biological species, color, odor, organic substance and heavy metal element and etc. This process will reduce the load on the back-end equipment and make the SDI less than 3ppm. The ulfltration is typely used to produce the mineral water, which can remove bacteria, virus.
