It's easy to keep Pu'er Tea. Just keep it away from direct sunlight, rain and strange smells, and keep it in a clean and airy environment.
[Methods for making tea]
1.Place some Puer tea into the filter bowl as you like
2.Pour the boiling water into the filter bowl (above 90℃) up to the coverage of the tea.
3. Take out the filter bowl and drain the first and second brewing.
4. Pour the boiling water into the tea pot again then cover the tea cozy and stand about 40 seconds
5. Open the cover and turn it upside down. Take out the filter bowl to drip the water into the cover.
6. A cup of heavy and mellow tea is done.
7. Don't discard the tea leaf while enjoying the tea. Puer tea has good resistance to brew. You can make the second tea immediately after the first drinking. What you should do is just to put the filter bowl back to the tea top, pour the water again, cover it then stand 35s.
8 . You can mix the second and third brew to avoid heavy flavor.
