The software canbe easily installed onto your existing Omitec Diagnostic equipment oronto a different laptop offering a user friendly, flexible and costeffective solution.
Omitec has extended the firmly established tool of choice, the LandRover T4, which is the OE standard diagnostic platform for all vehiclesto the current Range Rover. The new UCM Land Rover is designed for useon the very latest Land Rover vehicles including Discovery 3, RangeRover, Range Rover Sport and recent additions, Freelander 2 and the NewDefender.
The tool consists of a UCM (Universal Communication Module), UCM toUSB lead, UCM to vehicle harness and Land Rover diagnostic software. Thediagnostic platform will benefit from frequent updates to upgrade andextend application coverage to the tool. The software can be added toexisting Omitec diagnostics equipment, including the T4 or be used standalone added to the garages' own PC or laptop.
The UCM Land Rover Diagnostic Platform allows the 4x4 specialistgarage or the independent garage to increase the range of cars that canbe worked on and therefore helps to reduce the number of vehicles sentback to the main dealer for diagnostic analysis or repair.
