Structure and characteristics:
1.pecifications of the calenders five rolls are all the drilling structure of300x900mm.
2.4# and 5# roll is Steel Electroplating mirror roll.
3. Pitch adjustment of Roll is all electric adjustable.
4. The main motor is driven by a 22KW Frequency Motor, and its main electrical components are imported from Japan.
5. Gear box is middle-hardened combination gearbox. Its rotating accuracy is eight.
6.the unit is equipped with two automatic temperature-control heat petrol stations.
7. There is 120x900x3mm or 120x900x5mm auxiliary stripping roller and all of them are cascaded in calendar waiting for universal joints transmission. 1#, 3#, 5# are lifted one by one.
8.240x900x10mm Cooling rollers is installed in orbit in rank of level, and they can move foreword and backward flexibly.
9. Coiling machine from the center operates through two 0.6 kilograms torque motors drive two steam rising axis separately.
10.Production capacity: products width750mm, thickness 0.08-0.5mm,monthly output 120-150T.
