TMZC800 high efficiency cleaner is the newest spiral heavy impurity cleaner. It inherits all the advantages of last generation cleaner, and combines its own characteristics. The inner wall of main body adopts unique spiral cone design, which makes the suspension easy to accumulate, and makes the pulp flow spirally at the same time. The wear can be reduced to the minimum, the cleaning efficiency is improved.
The monomer of cleaner is split structure, each branch of cleaner is divided into three sections. They are all made of thickened wearproof material and they are easy to detach and replace. Inclined discharging opening makes inlet pressure and discharging pressure lower, which decreases the energy consumption in a large degree.
The outlet pipe and discharging pipe of each cleaner is equipped with valves, which can decrease the down time of the system and increase the flexibility and reliability of the system. The last section adopts compound ceramic wearproof material, which greatly prolongs the service life of the cleaner.
