      Scope of application: cold-working high-alloy steel, hot forging high-alloy steel, containing nickel tool steel, high-grade steel, copper alloys, beryllium copper, and high-toughness aluminum alloy and other metal materials.

Through the touch control panel ,you can select the laser output power, frequency and pulse width and other parameters, setting the table movement speed, controlling the move of the working table around the front and rear bench. setting different waveforms according to Welding material so that the welding parameters match the requirement of welding, so it can lead to smooth weld or solder joints in order to achieve optimal welding results. Compared to arc welding and other welding methods, laser repair mold has the following advantages:

1. Laser welding spot diameter is only 0.2mm;

2. Use 1064nm wavelength laser and it is not harmful to humans;

3. Heat scope is small and deformation does not appear, there is no stomata;

4. Machinable materials such as die steel, stainless steel, beryllium copper and precious metals, etc.;

5. It can repair cracks, collapse angle, mold edge, and the wear sealing edge;

6. after Welding , grinding can be processed into smooth;

7.It can weld on extremely hard materials   (~ HRC 60);
