We have developed a new product called microreplicated abrasive. Microreplicated abrasive contains lots of small groups which are composed by bonded brown fused alumina micropower under special technology. Our new product has excellent self-sharpening character. During cutting operation, the external grits of the groups are crashed and fell off under pressure; the internal grits turns up and constitute new cutting edge.
Compared with average brown fused alumina:
1. Increase 50%-80% cutting efficiency;
2. More than 20% abrasion resistance;
3. Better cutting surface.
