The main control system is the only one in China which uses imported CPUs to control which are faster,more stable ande able to respond to remote control signals.
The system is accurate in pulling materials,easy to operate and reliable for long-term operations;
●Shaft-less transmission:
The machine has twenty six servo motors and another six step motors(six-color machine) to work together in the material-pulling,printing,ink-feeding,water-feeding,vertical movements and side-wards offset printing. These motors assure you high precision of operation at both high speed and low speed.
●Registration system:
All units automatically move to their pre-set positions as soon as the length of printing is inputted on the main control panel.This is a pre-positioning which greatly shortens the duration of registration and reduces the waste of materials.Each unit has separate servo motors to control the finish side-wards registration and the finish vertical registration an can realize the hot regulation of its position according to the CCD image screen(standard configuration).This system greatly improves the quality and efficiency of printing.
●Printing unit:
The machine adopts an advanced ink feeding and water(alcohol)feeding system which is composed of 19 inking rollers and 4 water poles and can effectively prevent ink staves an ghost images;
●Vacuum circumfluence uncoiling:
The machine uses the vacuum circumfluence to uncoil and can effectively prevent scuffing the surface of printing materials and effectively protects the tensile force during printing;
●The machine has a touch control computer with a cable drag chain.The computer is fast and has convenient control over the whole system at any printing station;
●Printing format:The max printing circumference of the machine is 350mm and with high-precision camera tracking,the machine can do secondary printing on the back of rinting materials to improve the applicability with less investment;
●Lubrication system:The machine has an automatic forced oil feeding system which maintains the precision and service life of it;
●The machine is a PS intermittent printer with high reproduction ratio of screens which is a good choice to print high quality labels;
●Optional units:It is optional to add automatic tracking and registering system,ink input auto-control system,round cutter system,vanish water feeding system,relief printing unit and flexo printing unit;
