Working Principle of 80 mesh Wood Flour Mill /WPC
After saw dust are fed into milling chamber by the screw conveyor, they will be pulverized under the shear force and extrusion force generated between grinding rollers/hammer knife and grinding ring/rotor plate .And the air classifiers on the top of the wood flour mill .The whole system working in the fan negative system, so as to guarantee there is no dust working environment.
Application of Wood Flour Mill
The Final wood flour could be 40-120 mesh ,those fineness wood flour could be mixed with HDPE ,chemical additive producing WPC with conical extruder machines .
