Step
1:details ↓ | We will contact with customer in order to get details information of product, the details information contain picture, technical drawing or sample. |
2:Quotation ↓ | We will compute the price according to details information, and we will offer quotation to customer. |
3:design ↓ | We will design a 3D drawing and CAD drawing according to details information, and then we send it to customer in order to make sure about it, |
4:mold producing ↓ | We will make a plan of mold producing(mold base, mold cavity, polish). We will finish the mold on time. And then we will offer some samples with mold to customer , if customer have some reasonable demand, we will change our mold according to customer's demands. |
5:injection molding ↓ | If customer want the plastic product also, we can do the injection molding for customer, we will finished the goods one time. |
