1. Materials: PVC coated wire.

3. Application Process
Select high-quality low-carbon steel wire rod, then make it into the appropriate thickness low-carbon steel wire with the drawing machine.
4. Surface treatment:
Low-carbon steel wire made into PVC wire, electrical galvanized wire and hot-dip galvanized wire. About zinc thickness of the hot-dip galvanized wire,we can make as the clients requirement.
5. The edge:
It is divided into two types. One type is a hem one, the other is a twisted one. Using special tools to make the edge heming or twisting .The hemed edge is more popular compared with the twisted edge.
