This automatic rewinder series incorporates the latest state of the art Programmable Logic Controller PLC, and Human Machine Interface HMI to allow the machine operator full control of all the functions of the machine. Also this system detects any abnormalities during running, automatically stops the line, and indicates to the operator where the fault occurred. The cycle starts when a premade core is automatically introduced by machine, then the perforated tissue web is wound onto this core.
The whole process is done automatically from unwinding, embossing, perforating, cut-off at the desired sheet count, transfer onto the premade cores, sealing the end of the ready log, and finally ejecting the ready log for further processing.
The machine is capable of running 1, 2 or 3 Ply Jumbo raw material Rolls. It can also be equipped with 1-4 unwind stands according to customer requirements. During the unwinding and rewinding the machine is equipped with web tension control units for perfect material feeding.
Basic Specifications:
According to customer requirements the rewinder can be built to desired raw material jumbo roll width, core, and outside diameter. Standard widths are: 1575, 1750, 2150, and 2750 mm. Core diameter: 3 inches (7.62 mm), and outside diameter of 1100 mm.
