1.Function : Rubber vulcanization is a process to make uncured rubber more elastic . Natural rubber- in its uncured form- is sticky and can easily deform when heated. When cold, this uncured rubber is brittle. Therefore, rubber in these forms, can not be used for making products that need to have a great amount of elasticity. Hence, tread vulcanizing press machine are used to carry out the chemical process of vulcanization.
