LBZ-LD type double sides PE coated paper bowl forming machine is devoloped on the base of absorbing the advanced technology from home and abroad. It is an automatic multi-working-station machine with photosensor detecting, failure alarming and counting. In this machine, adopt ultrasonic system to seal the cup-side and two –side PE, such as soup bowl, fast noodle bowl tec. The procedure as following: Automatic paper feeding, sealing, silicon-oil lubricating, bottom punching, two –step bottom heating, knuring, curling and bowl discharging. .
