1. Turning mechanism of this driller is driven by a medium speed hydraulic motor through a single-stage planetary reduction gear; With cooperation of four leg cylinders, it can enable the pile machine to turn 360° . Because of such features of hydraulic motor as stable power, smooth running, small running inertia and high start efficiency etc., the pile machine has such advantages as smooth turning, shock-free, vibration-free, good stability of the complete machine and long service life etc.
2. An advanced electrohydraulic control system is equipped inside the cabin, which is mainly composed of the electronic control system for electro-motors and the hydraulic control system for hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors. The electronic control system controls operating modes of hoist, power head and main pump through controls over start-up, stop, revolution and steering of electro-motors while the hydraulic control system controls come-and-go of hydraulic cylinders and forward and reverse rotations of hydraulic motors through steering valves.
3. The drilling tower has two structural styles: Rounded and rectangle. The rounded and rectangle guides equipped at front can guide the power head to move up and down, meanwhile, the reverse torque of power head is overridden. The ladders at both sides for overhaul use and the pulley block at top of the drilling tower can be used to perform lifting of power head, reinforced bar cage and cast conduit etc.
4. The control cabin adopts the thin slab structure with windows opened at three sides, which ensures an open outlook and safety and comfortability. This driller adopts electro-hydraulic combination control with all control push buttons and handles placed on the control panel in the control cabin, which is convenient and quick for operations.
5. The power head adopts vertical type motor and three-ring reduction mechanism connection. As power source for drilling, pore-creating and pile-creating of this driller, the three-ring reducer transfers power to output shaft that drives the drilling tool to perform drilling job. The three-ring reduction mechanism adopts Chongqing Qijia ZZSH model three-ring reducer while the power head motor adopts the products of domestic famous enterprises-Changsha Electrical Machinery Plant or Ningxia Electrical Machinery Plant, which has strong power, large output torque and high reliability.
6. Aiming at different strata conditions and construction requirements, four kinds of drilling tool series, I. E. φ 400, φ 500, φ 600 and φ 800 and three kinds of drill heads respectively for both sides door-opening, single bottom door-opening and high pressure slip-casting are available for users to choose. The depth of drilling can reach 26m.
