Application:
ZJL Multi-Function Vacuum Oil Refinery machine is mainly used to improve the properties of Transformer oil. It can remove trace free water, soluble water, gas, acid, free carbon(polarity material), suspended particles and other impurities from the insulating oil, which includes transformer oil, break oil, capacitor oil, switch oil, mutual oil, cable oil and so on. What's important, ZJL has the degasification plant that can change the color to limpid and clean one. so as to boost performance of transformers, circuit breakers, mutual inductors, cable and capacitors which has insulation system. ZJL series specialize in purifying branded oil, insulating oil of high voltage and super high voltage transformer. Additionally, it is suitable for treating low viscosity lubrication oil.

4.According to your requirement, we can add 2 pneumatic tyres and 1 pre-leg, it's convenient to move at any site.but for our ordinary machine, we only add four small wheels at the bottom of machine.
5.Enhance the value of breakdown voltage greatly.
6.The filters can be used again and again after clean it by petrol, diesel or kerosene.
7.After treating, the oil can reach the new oil standard, which not only retains the active elements, but also improves the insulation of device and enhances the ability of anti-oxygen. Besides, the cost will be reduced by 90% compared with traditional way of oil-change.
8.Online operation, and easy handling and maintenance.
9.Adopts double infrared liquid control automatically system to control inlet and outlet the oil smoothly.
10.Lower maintenance and replacement expenses.
11.High performance security system including pressure protection device and automatic temperature controller makes purifier operate safely.
12.Utilizes coacervation technology, coalescing technology, separating technology and refined purification technology. To remove free, soluble water, carbon, free and dissolved gases and particulate matters from insulating oil effectively and rapidly.
13.This machine can work independently, also it can work with the oil regeneration system that can eliminate the acid, the color and reduce the PH value effectively, then further enhance the insulation value of oil.
