The packing is made of expanded pure graphite yarn reinforced with inconel wire. Due to its thermal and chemical resistance, self-lubricating properties and good heat conduction, reinforced graphite packing with nickel wire is fit very well for high-temperature braided packings. Packing reinforcement with thin inconel wire improves mechanical strength of the packing and protects it against squeezing out into a slot between shaft or spindle and a gland housing. Additionally, the packing is enriched with high quality corrosion inhibitor.
Features: good abrasion resistance, fluid washing resistance, resistant to extrusion and pressure.
Application: widely used in dynamic seal and static seal. Especially suit valve, pump, expansion joint, mixer, etc under high temperature and high pressure. For example: power plant, steel mill, oil equipment, chemical plant, etc.
