The efficiency comprehensive testing, analysis and diagnostic system V3.0 for screw pump system uses an advanced notebook computer as a main machine, in which a precision 3 phase power collector, a wireless polishing rod load torque speed sensor, a dynamic fluid-level echo collecting device and oil-pressure and casing-pressure sensor are used for accurately detect at high speed the active power of the screw pump, reactive power, power factors the axed load force of the polishing rod. The rotating shear torque, rotation speed of the polishing rod of the motor, the depth of dynamic fluid level, oil pressure at wellhead and casing-head pressure. The screw pump system is completely and accurately diagnosed, analyzed and calculated, for searching for the solution of improving operation efficiency in oilfields and practical guiding the production.
All the testing and calculations of the system are conducted by windows interface for a rapid and prompt operation with rich and accurate contents.
