OA Steel Cementitious Raised Floor is composed of panels, pedestals an anti-vibration gasket ,and screws. The oa floor is place on the pedestals with anti-vibration gasket and then locked in place with the screws in the corner-lock holes.
Panel description
501 anti static flooring is fabricated entirely of non-combustible material consisting of a flat steel top sheet and conformed steel bottom sheet that are filled with bubble cement. Each panel is formed from excellent quality cold-rolled steel sheets joined together by 36 resistance welds every 67mm. The panels are coated with epoxy powder after being phosphorated to protect against corrosion. Raised access floor is secured to the pedestals with screws in the corner holes.

Understructure
1.Option1 Cross Head Pedestal & Border Pedestal
Aluminum Cross Head Pedestal features three key pieces: an aluminum cross head, a solid steel rod, and a base plate. The cross head is fixed to a M16 solid steel rod which is welded to the base plate, which is normally 90mm square. There are two options for securing the base plate to the sub-floor. One can either screw bolts into the sub-floor in the corner-holes provided or use adhesive.

1.Option2 Flat Steel Head Pedestal With Gasket
This pedestal features four key pieces: a black plastic head cap (ABS/PP), a flat steel square head , a solid steel rod, and a base plate. The flat steel head is fixed to a M16 solid steel rod and then attached to the base plate, which is normally 100mm square. There are two options for securing the base plate to the sub-floor. One can either screw bolts into the sub-floor in the corner-holes provided or use adhesive. The black plastic head cap (ABS/PP) then neatly fits on the flat square steel head.
Finished Floor Height: 60mm-250mm. Each pedestal allow for approximately 15mm height adjustment.
