Shape Destroyed Machine(thermal melting type)

Suitable scope:
tubular plastic of syringe for single use, needle for single use, scalp needle for single use, transfusion system for single use, apparatus transfusions for single use.
Function of product: it can melt metallic needle quickly and destroy syringe, needle cylinder and rubber plug at the same time. Meanwhile it can cut off tubular plastic primary.


Method of operation:

1. Insert 3-core plug of power supply into AC 220V of socket. Turn on the switch at its back. The indicating lamp of power supply lights red.

2. ①If syringe with needle, insert it into right chamber and press the syringe and push it forward. When the section of needle is molten, the voice of motor will be heard. At this time, the indicating lamp lights bright green. Push it forward continuously, the cutting and melting will be finished and draw back the destroyed syringe.
② For scalp needle and other steel needle, insert it into front melting chamber directly and it can be molten. During the period of operation, turn over the needle slightly in order to melt quickly.

3. For tubular plastic, pull off it at left cutting chamber directly.

4. After finished, turn off power supply and pull off plug of power supply.
