50-200mm PE pipe production line: HDPE pipe production line consists of the control system, extruder, head, the sizing and cooling system, tractor, cutting device and the stacker. Each production line has two extruders: one extruder adopts strength delivery lining and high efficiency screw, the other is used for extrusion mark line.
The extrusion line can be used for the production of large diameter PE water supply pipe which has non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, easy connection, small flow resistance, high toughness, excellent flexibility, longer service life, anti-aging, weatherability and so on.
