355-630 PE pipe production machine can produce355\400\450\500\560 and 630mm pipe diameter, has the largest extrusion capacity 500kg / h.
The main device of 355-630 PE pipe production plant: HDPE pipe production line consists of the control system, extruder, head, the sizing and cooling system, tractor, cutting device and the stacker. Each production line has two extruders: one extruder adopts strength delivery lining and high efficiency screw, the other is used for extrusion mark line.
The extrusion line can be used for the production of large diameter PE water supply pipe which has non-toxic, corrosion-resistant, easy connection, small flow resistance, high toughness, excellent flexibility, longer service life, anti-aging, weatherability and so on. And the finished pipe is widely used in the buried or surface water supply pipes within 45, replacing galvanized steel pipes, cast iron pipes, cement pipes.
