XKP-560 rubber tire crusher mill /machine
1. Usage:
It is mainly used tobreak up wasted rubber production by medium and small sized reclaimed rubbermanufacturers and for rubber factory to crush and wash the natural rubber. Forcrude and fine breaking rubber black and waste collection.
2. Feature:
1. Frontroll has a polished smooth surface, and the rear roll has a polished corrugatedsurface. Both roll are made of chilled cast iron with extremely hard surfaceagainst wearing.
2. The nipbetween rolls can be conveniently adjusted within the limited range forobtaining rubber sheets of desired thickness.
3. Thetransmission system adopts either hard tooth flank dual axis reducer or NGW hardtooth flank planet reducer, which has compact structure, low noise and highefficiency. They provided with enclosed protecting cover for safety and a brakeis incorporated, which may bring the machine to immediately stop in case ofemergency.
4. Toprotect all main parts, the safety cap overload-protecting device of thismachine is broken immediately under overloaded conditions.
5. Base ofthe machine is a complete frame; it's very convenient for install.
