Room system:
1) wall panel: 60mm, imported CSR rock wool insulated material, with rebar inside, solid structure, strong flame-retardant, good insulated and not easy to deformable when handling or assembling.

2)basement: environmental galvanized steel, fixed by anti-rust pipes(40×80), high strength, beautiful, durable, equiped with 3 rows of galvanized floor grids, 2 rows of anti-skid plate.

Air circulation system
1)1 set of 7.5kw turbo fan for air-intake, capacity: 25000m3/h, 1 set of 7.5kw turbo fan for air-exhaust, capacity: 25000m3/h, low noise, big air capacity, power-saving

2)two 20N automatic damper actuator to ensure the room circulation, one is fixed on the upper of exhaust door to adjust the air capacity

Lighting system:
1) upper light: 45°fixed by 32pcs×36w phillip light tube with PAK light holder, side light: 10sets×2pcs=20pcs×36w phillip light tube with PAK ballast, illuniation more than 1000Lux;

2) for your option, you can choose BCS15LED lighting system(integrated in safety, anti-explosion, anti-dazzling & energy-saving design, more than30, 000 hours use-life, illumination more than 1, 200Lux. Compared with related light, it can save more than 67% energy. )

Air purification system:
1) Two filter layer structures: crude and refined filter. Crude filter: domestic high quality nonwoven cotton, can catch the dust larger than 10um, fixed on the vent door of work area, there is an adjustalbe door for its replacing. Refined filter: BAOCHI600G high quality filter cotton made by customization, multi-layers, dust capacity more than 420g/m2, fixed on the bottom of plenum, supported by coated top net, beautiful and easy to replace. The whole filter system has a big dust capacity, low windage, long-use, the filter rate is more than 98%, TSP value less than 1.4mg/m3.

Heating system:
1) Italian RIELLO 40 G20 light oil burner equiped with single-side check valve; 200000kal/h, 4~6kg/set; heating-up time: 6~8 min.

2) BCLJ2304 heat exchanger: welding by 2mm SUS304 high quality stainless steel equiped with a diameter 150mm venting door. Reasonable structure, safe and reliable, big heat exchanging area, high heat utilization, more than 87.1% heat exchanging rate.

Control system:
1)The main parts are brand at home or abroad for spray booth. Stable, reliable, convenient and accurate system, multi-protection circuit, can automatically display all the work process and the fault condition.

2) light switch, temperature time setting, normal spraying, risen-temper spraying, baking, emergency stop, failure alarm, over temperature alarming, hour meter, the whole working process can be set in a time.

Environmental cabinet:
Use 7.5KW turbo fan, multi-layers paint filter device and active carbon filter device, reach the national standard(Integrated emission standard fo air pollutants).
