Main Principle:
Automatic continuous frying machine adopts oil-water mixing frying method heating in middle layer, well controls the temperature diversity between top layer and bottom layer. Because of the different specific gravity, the oil and water will separate into two layer, oil on top to fry, water at bottom to receive the residue and supply moisture to oil, thus, the fried food will not be coking and carbonized.
