About Neodymium Magnets:
Neodymium magnets are one of rare earth permanent magnets. Neodymium magnets are also known as NdFeB magnets, or neo rare earth magnets. As its magnetic strength is very strong, people also simply call it super strong magnets or super powerful magnets. The main elements of this magnet include neodymium (Nd), iron (Fe) and boron (B).
Neodymium magnet has a very high energy product and coercivity, can pick up 660 times of own weight of heavy objects.Neodymium magnets are one of rare earth permanent magnets. Neodymium magnets are also known as NdFeB magnets, or neo rare earth magnets. As its magnetic strength is very strong, people also simply call it super strong magnets or super powerful magnets. The main elements of this magnet include neodymium (Nd), iron (Fe) and boron (B).
The advantage of the Neodymium magnet is its high cost-effective, with good mechanical properties, easy cutting; according our customer's demands, we can manufacture in a wide range of shapes, sizes and grades.
The shortcoming of the Neodymium magnet is easy to rust, oxidation, so the Sintered Neodymium magnet's surface is usually required for plating such as zinc, nickel, copper, silver,gold, etc., can also be done phosphorus treatment or spray epoxy resin to slow down the oxidation rate.
